Hi CG,

Im testing on WDM 4.8.5 with Wyse T50. the T50 wasn't detected by the WDM so i had added it manually. I am able to shutdown, reboot, remote shadow the unit but could not update it. according to Wyse Comparison Chart, both pulling and pushing device updates are supported by WDM.

any ideas to resolve this issue?

The device has to check in before you can do "real" management tasks.
Any ideas, why it is not checking in? Firewall? Other client can check in? Which one? Which firmware? Have you tried to enter the WDM IP in the WDM applet on T50?
