I hav a P20 class PCOIP vdi device and I am trying to configure the Power Permissions to disable the remote PC Power button.

I am using the web configuration portal and configure the CLIENT POWER BUTTON to "Power-off not permitted". Save configuration and apply to the zero client. restart the zero-client to verify configuration saved and applied.

After restarted, I login to HVD. Then I press power button. nothing happens. but if I hold the button in for more the 4 seconds the zero client powers off.

I would think think power permissions configuration would prevent the user to press the button to power off the button.

Is this a known issue? Or and I misunderstanding the purpose of this feature?

Thanks

T.
