Hi,
We have been having Coredumps ever since upgrading to firmware 1.17_37 in November.

We have a Support case open with Wyse but have been unable to capture a CoreDump successfully to supply then with. Repeated requests to validate our ini config to enable the CoreDump and the capture procedure have fallen on deaf ears.

I have just had an instance today when the Xenith Pro Coredumped. I inserted a USB and restarted the device. The USB activity light started and was continually flashing.
Eventually checked the Event logs and had message :

Uploading coredump,10981962 bytes......
Upload coredump: write 'E:/WTOS_coredump' Error 2

Partial Extract from our xen.ini:

# Set Language to Aus
Language=Au

;; Set Branch Repeater
SessionConfig=ICA \
BranchRepeater=yes \
mapdisks=no

AutoSignoff=yes

;; New parameters in Firmware 1.6
SessionConfig=ALL \
VUSB_DISKS=yes \
VUSB_AUDIO=YES \
VUSB_VIDEO=YES \
VUSB_PRINTER=YES

;; Enable crash dump upload
Privilege=High Upload=usb

Any advice / guidance greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken.

Your xen.ini looks fine to me.
But what makes me curious is that the eventlog says "Upload coredump: write E:\....."

Do you have any other USB devices attached?
Is your USB stick mapped as D:\ or E:\ when you insert it?
