Problem with "Get Image" WES7

Hi There,

Currently testing some C90LE7's and so far everything terminal wise is pretty good.

Having issues with WDM & the C90LE7's. First off the "Get Image" function reboots the termina and starts to upload the current image, gets about 1/2 through and just says "Failed" then reboots.

Also can't seem to find a way to "Get Config", I suppose though if I can get an image of a fully configured terminal it will be redundant to get/set config.

I can push factory images out just fine. This is all done via non-PXE.

Also on a side note... pushed out the latest firmware of WE7 from Wyse.. the one that removes VNC (not sure why they did that) but it says there is a link on the wyse site to download VNC add-on.. ive searched, talked to tech support, etc no one knows what I am talking about... the release notes spell out that its available....

Anyone any help on the "get image" would be great!

It is number #15 in the list. No idea why it is only posted for Z-class.

100GB free on the ftp root partition. Not sure, doesnt give an error except a quick failed to upload image.

Thanks on the VNC info.... strange it was only listed there!
