Universal Print Driver is only supported on the Win32 ICA client. When enforcing “UPD only” non win32 ica clients cannot auto create print queues.  An MPS 4.0 Policy with exceptions will allow customer to enforce UPDv3 on win32 clients while also allowing native print drivers queue creation on Winterm Terminals.
